DFB800D300
DFB800D300 series is high performance, 800W isolated DC/DC converter with industry standard DOSA full brick footprint. This DFB800D300 series provide a 2:1 high voltage DC input range (200Vdc-425Vdc) and an extensive choice of output voltage models, covering output voltage from 12V to 28V. The converters efficiency is up to 93% and withstand an operation temperature range of -40˚C to 100˚C (Case Temperature).
Advanced fully encapsulated package technology provides outstanding thermal and vibration/shock performance, which is ideal for ruggedized applications involving harsh environments. Extra heatsink type is available and paralleable with current sharing fuction, provide customers with a flexible and efficient power solutions.
