DHB500D300
DHB500D300 series is high performance, 500W isolated DC/DC converter with industry standard DOSA half brick footprint. This DHB500D300 series provide a 2:1 high voltage DC input range (200Vdc-425Vdc) and an extensive choice of output voltage models, covering output voltage from 28V to 48V. The converters efficiency is up to 93% and withstand an operation temperature range of -40˚C to 100˚C (Case Temperature).
Advanced fully encapsulated package technology provides outstanding thermal and vibration/shock performance, which is ideal for ruggedized applications involving harsh environments. Extra heatsink mount type is available for maximum thermal design flexibility.
